I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. I loved the location close to downtown, which made it easy for me to move around.
Couldn't fault.

The hotel location is great, close to downtown and with good access to transportation. the breakfast, although average, offers some local delicacies like tapioca cake. Rooms have bookcases and balconies, providing some comfort. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The shower water is untreated causing a bad smell.

So, I spent my new year vacation at this hotel and there were a couple of things that I liked. First, they had a really nice breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Second, the hotel was located in a key spot near popular attractions and restaurants. Lastly, the swimming pool was always clean and enjoyable to use.
I must say that there were some things I disliked as well. The staff at the reception was indifferent and didn't seem to care much about guests' satisfaction. Also, the rooms were very basic and small, with old towels and no proper cleaning service. Moreover, the noise level was quite high, which made it hard to relax and enjoy my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Despite some shortcomings, there were a few things that made my holiday okay. the location was convenient for exploring around and about. And secondly, the room had a coffee maker, which helped a little bit. And lastly, the staff was okay. But that's about it for the positives.
The room was terrible. It was small, cramped, and poorly maintained.
